Helping Kids.
Supporting Families.
Between 30% and 50% of foster parents quit each year due to lack of training and support.
There are 407,000 children in the U.S. foster care system due to neglect, abuse, or inability to provide care.
Kids need families, and families need support!
How Finally Hope Supports Families
We provide caregivers with tools and skills to build healthier homes.
We provide families with support systems by connecting them with others on a similar journey.
We create resources for children and youth that build resilience and self-esteem.
We hold family strengthening conferences with specialized programs to support the whole family.
How Can We Support You?

Family Support
We educate families with research-based relationship and parenting skills and connect them with experienced foster, adoptive, and kinship parents for peer support.

Training for Churches
We train churches to provide effective and relevant support for foster, adoptive, and kinship families.

Training for Schools and Agencies
We provide agencies, schools, and other community organizations with evidence based curriculum and resources that increase their capacity to support the families with whom they work.

“We started Finally Home to strengthen families so that kids don’t have to keep moving from home to home. We dream of healthy, loving, and safe homes for all kids who need a temporary safe haven or a forever family.”
– Mark and Kristin Orphan

Family Strengthening Conferences
At our Family Strengthening Conferences, trained instructors present a research-based curriculum that qualifies for parent continuing education units (CEUs).
While adults receive their training, children and youth attend SuperHero Academy and Solid Rock Students programs. Due to the diversity of programs, participants can attend as a whole family, removing the need to find specialized childcare.
Virtual Leadership Training Options
3-Day Instructor Training: Provides certification for instructors who want to present the eight sessions of our psychoeducational curriculum, “Survival Skills for Foster, Adoptive, and Kinship Families.”
1-Day Virtual Training: Equips event directors and teams to utilize our family conference delivery model, including our SuperHero Academy and Solid Rock Student program. This is an overview of the manuals and best practices of organizing and executing a successful Family Strenghtening Conference.

Finally Home has given us new perspectives on tough parenting subjects and great skills to work towards success.
